Trish Heart-Shaped Box Joe Hill Fiction Scary ghost story. Great!
Mat The River of Doubt: Theodore Roosevelt's Darkest Journey Candice Millard Non-fiction A wonderful account of TR's exploration of an unknown Amazonian river. Highly recommended!

Kris Better Off: Flipping the switch on technology Eric Brende Non-fiction Questions technology without anger or confrontation. Thought provoking.
Anonymous Demon Rumm Sandra Brown Fiction Awful! The "secret" was not a mystery -- the whole book is a "seduction" scene.
Mat Sippewissett, or, Life on a salt marsh Tim Traver Non-fiction I really enjoyed this book about the nature/life of the Sippewissett estuary!
Mat The Places In Between Rory Stewart Non-fiction An account of the author's travels through Afghanistan on foot. He began his trek just a few months after the recent Allied invasion. Great insight into Afghani culture and society.
Mat The Prince of the Marshes: And other occupational hazards of a year in Iraq Rory Stewart Non-fiction An eye-opening book concerning the complex and tragic situation in Iraq.
Mat Genghis: Birth of an Empire Conn Iggulden Historical fiction I really enjoyed Iggulden's story telling ability. I will definitely read more of his books.
